We start with a detailed inspection of your tile and grout to identify heavily soiled areas and problem spots.

We apply a professional-grade cleaning solution designed to break down grease, dirt, and embedded buildup deep within the grout lines.
CRB SCRUBBING
To properly scrub the grout, we use a counter-rotating brush (CRB) along with specialized grout brushes. This step is critical because grout is porous and requires mechanical agitation to loosen deep contamination.

HOT WATER EXTRACTION
After the tile and grout have been thoroughly scrubbed, we use our truck-mounted cleaning system and Turbo Hybrid tile and grout cleaning spinner to pressure rinse the floor with hot water while simultaneously extracting the dirty water, loosened soil and cleaning solution. This allows us to clean both the tile surface and grout lines far more thoroughly than ordinary household mopping.
