How often should you have your carpet professionally cleaned?
To keep your carpet looking and performing at its best, The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends having your carpet professionally deep-cleaned every 12 to 18 months. Bear in mind that this recommended frequency is a general guideline only and can vary based on your particular circumstances.

Preliminary Inspection

A walk-through inspection is done of the area to be serviced. We use a very powerful UV Light.This light allows us to see Urine or other biological fluids that have occurred on your carpet. What causes urine specifically to glow under a UV light is a chemical in the urine called Phosphorus. High volume and problem areas are identified. This is especially helpful to clients that have just purchased their home and have no idea what the previous homeowners and their pets have left behind.
