Grout is one of the worst at absorbing dirt and grime and scrubbing the surface will not penetrate the material enough to remove stains and discoloration. A truck-mounted steam system using higher pressures and temperatures produces the best results in returning tile and grout to their original beauty.

Tile and natural stone have become very popular choices for flooring. However choosing tile flooring means having to maintain the grout lines. Grout that has been neglected for an extended period of time can develop a build up of mildew, dirt, oils from your feet and grease.  Grout is an extremely porous material that can harbor dirt, mold, mildew and bacteria. and absorbs the build up, making it appear dingy even after you've scrubbed it. If you notice moping has become less and less effective it's probably a good time to give us a call and get it professionally cleaned.

After an inspection of your grout lines and tile is done, we apply appliance protectors to your appliances, if tile is being cleaned in your kitchen.

The tile and grout is sprayed with tile cleaning solution.  Next, we work in our grout cleaning solution and scrub with a nylon tile brush and allow for plenty of dwell time to help breakup any build up in the grout lines. The surfaces of your tile and grout are porous and even with regular routine mopping etc. all the dirt is never completely removed. The combination of our powerful cleaning system, the cleaning solution, the hot water rinse and extraction no mess is left behind and can be done very quickly at a price thats affordable enough to save you time and money.

After cleaning the tile and grout it is the best time to seal your grout lines. Sealing the grout will last for years. If you don't seal your grout, it will absorb water, bacteria and stains. Adding a grout sealer protects your grout so it's waterproof and will repel moisture and germs. Sealing the grout helps prolong the look, texture and consistency of your grout and it prevents mildew and mold.
