Tile & Grout Cleaning Pricing

To give you an accurate quote, we may ask:

Approximate square footage
Type of tile
Condition of grout (light soil vs heavy buildup)
Any problem areas

Grout sealing is an additional charge and is highly recommended after cleaning to help protect your grout and keep it looking cleaner longer.

Restoration work such as paint removal or construction debris cleanup is not included in standard tile and grout cleaning pricing and will be quoted separately.

Carpet Cleaning Pricing

For carpet cleaning, we typically ask:

Number of rooms or square footage
Room sizes (approximate is fine)
Time since last professional cleaning
Any pet stains or odor concerns
High traffic areas

Adding protector to carpet is an additional service.

If we use our Rotovac (rotary extraction tool) for deeper agitation and cleaning, this is an additional step and may have an added cost depending If only a small area or single room is being cleaned, a basic trip charge may apply

Upholstery Cleaning Pricing

For upholstery cleaning, we may ask:

Type of furniture (sofa, chair, sectional, etc.)
Type of fabric (linen, microfiber, etc.)
Any stains, odors, or heavy use areas

If possible, please send a photo of the furniture along with the manufacturer tag so we can determine the safest and most effective cleaning method.

Adding protector to upholstery is an additional service.

Area Rug Cleaning Pricing

Area rugs can be cleaned in your home, garage, or outside depending on the setup.

We may ask:

Size of the rug
Type of material (wool, synthetic, etc.)
Condition and any stains or odors

Rugs with pet urine must be treated from both sides to fully remove contamination

Pet Urine & Odor Treatment

Pet urine treatment is based on the level of contamination and size of the affected area.

We use a top-of-the-line pet urine and odor remover to properly treat the problem at the source.

Depending on the situation, treatment may include:

Standard extraction with our wand
Sub-surface extraction using our Water Claw or Flash Spotter for deeper contamination
Specialized treatment for larger or heavily affected areas

If pet urine is present in upholstery, it must also be treated and extracted using either a sub-surface extraction process or a hand-held flash spotter tool
